Remodel Program
Buffalo Wild Wings trusted the Buildable Group to manage the first newest generation remodel amidst major schedule constraints
With a reputation for innovation, adaptability and communication, the Buildable Group was chosen to act as on-site construction manager for the first remodel of an existing Buffalo Wild Wings into the most recent design, the first for the chain since 2012. The Buildable Group was able to complete the remodel of the dining room, patio, server stations and bar areas with minimal interruption to operations, while facing the challenge of remaining open during the NCAA Tournament and completing the project prior to the Masters kicking off.
The new design includes a more dominant bar that anchors the indoor dining experience, free flowing and flexible seating areas, stadium-like A/V technologies with LED modular screens, fully enclosed patio with rollup doors and a revamped TO-GO order area.

The Buildable Group was selected to act as Wet Willie’s construction manager and owner’s representative for all three stages of construction at their Mobile, Alabama location. After partnering on multiple projects,Wet Willies and the Buildable Group sequenced a development plan based on adjoining space eventually becoming available.
With their national partnerships, The Buildable Group provided Wet Willies with five qualified contractors with experience in both historic renovation and restaurant construction. This location, housed in a former bank building was originally built in the late 1800s and came with all the quirks of a1 00+ year old building.
